Terms
Plain terms for a free read.
These clauses explain what you get, what it is not, what you promise when you submit a site, and where liability stops. Read them once; they do not change often.
The terms.
Public profile policy: verification, consent, corrections and removal.
Who you deal with
The assessment is operated by Gautam Khorana, London, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
What the assessment is
A directional, evidence-led read of what a website shows in public. It is provided as-is, it is not professional advice, and using it creates no client relationship.
What a score is not
A score is not a penetration test, an accessibility certification, a legal or regulatory opinion, or a promise about search rankings or AI citations. Every report states what was inspected and what was not.
Your permission
You confirm you are allowed to request an assessment of the site you submit. Do not submit sites you have no relationship with. Requests are rate limited and may be refused.
Your report
Guest reports live at unlisted addresses: anyone with the link can read them. New dashboard reports require the recipient’s signed-in account. Saving a guest report does not change its original visibility. Request erasure through the privacy page.
Optional public profiles
Publication requires domain-control verification, your explicit approval of one snapshot and staff review. You must be authorised to publish its contents. Transfers do not carry private reports or publication permission. Corrections and removals are free; payment cannot change scores or moderation decisions. The public profile policy explains this process.
Fair use
Guest requests allow three assessments per hour per connection and one ordinary report per email per day. Free accounts allow three active saved sites and two assessments per site in a rolling 30 days; connection and service capacity limits still apply. Archiving and restoring a site does not reset its usage. Automated or bulk submission is not permitted.
Optional rechecks
Verified owners may opt into the monthly recheck pilot when capacity is available. Scheduled checks share the two-check rolling allowance and may be delayed by capacity, budget or expired ownership proof. Turn them off in your dashboard. Requested reports are emailed; automatic progress alerts follow your email preference. Scores are directional, failed checks create gaps, and a changed assessment method starts a new comparison baseline. Rechecks never approve publication or Google indexing.
Availability
The service may be paused, changed or withdrawn without notice. Reports may be removed after a reasonable period; keep a PDF if you need a copy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, liability arising from the free assessment is excluded, and no party is liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force when you submit a request applies to that request. Last updated October 2026.
